Notice of Agreement to Transfer Shares of Covalent Materials Corporation

The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:CG) (Japan co-representatives: Tamotsu Adachi/Kazuhiro Yamada; headquarters: Washington D.C) concluded a share transfer agreement (the “Agreement”) with CoorsTek, Inc. for the transfer of all shares of Covalent Materials Corporation.

The share transfer pursuant to the Agreement is planned for December 26, 2014.
