Tyler Parker is a Vice President with U.S. Buyout, focusing on investments in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications ("TMT") sector. He is based in Menlo Park.
Since joining Carlyle in 2012, Mr. Parker has been actively involved with Carlyle’s investments in Veritas, ProKarma, Ampere Computing, Dealogic, CommScope (NASDAQ: COMM), and CPU Tech (acquired by Boeing).
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Parker was with Blackstone’s M&A group in Menlo Park.
Mr. Parker received an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a B.S. in management science & engineering from Stanford University.
