Josh Pincus

Josh Pincus is a Vice President at Carlyle focused on buyout and growth equity investments in enterprise software, tech-enabled services, and telecom. Since joining Carlyle, he has been actively involved with Carlyle’s investments in CommScope, Syniverse, Tribute Technology, and YipitData. Prior to joining Carlyle, he was an investor with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, both in New York.

Mr. Pincus received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He graduated cum laude from Middlebury College, where he received a BA in economics.
