Christoph S. Leitner-Dietmaier
Christoph S. Leitner-Dietmaier is an Associate Director in the Europe Technology fund, advising on buyout, strategic minority investment and development capital opportunities throughout Europe. Mr. Leitner-Dietmaier is based in London.
Since joining Carlyle in early 2011, Mr. Leitner-Dietmaier has been actively involved in Carlyle’s investments in UC4 Software (now Automic, sold to EQT Partners in 2012), Personal & Informatik (sold to HgCapital in 2013), ADA Cosmetics (sold to Ardian in 2014), KCS.net (sold to Avanade in 2015), vwd Vereinigte Wirtschaftsdienste and most recently exocad.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Leitner-Dietmaier was with Greenhill & Co., Inc. in London, where he was part of their mergers & acquisitions team.
Mr. Leitner-Dietmaier received a B.Sc. in economics and finance (first class honours) from Bristol University.
He is on the Board of Directors of exocad and previously was on the Board of Directors of UC4 Software (now Automic).
