Adam W. Glucksman is a Managing Director with the Carlyle U.S. Equity Opportunity Funds I and II (“CEOF Funds”). He currently serves as Head of the Industrial Group for CEOF Funds and is based in New York.
Since joining Carlyle in 2010, Mr. Glucksman has been actively involved with the Firm’s investments in Dynamic Precision Group (2011), Service King (2012), Galaxy Brand Holdings (2013), Bonotel Exclusive Travel (2014), AxleTech International Holdings (2015), LLC, Array Marketing (2015), Claritas (2016), Thomas Scientific (2017) and United Road Services (2017). Mr. Glucksman currently serves on the Board of Directors of Array, Claritas, Thomas and United Road.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Glucksman was at Pegasus Capital Advisors in New York and in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance groups at BNP Paribas in New York. He also previously served as a senior member of the Corporate Development group at Pitney Bowes, Inc. Mr. Glucksman began his career as a corporate lawyer at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York City.
Mr. Glucksman received his MBA from Columbia Business School, his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. (Economics) from Rutgers University.
