Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Kondo worked for JPMorgan's Asia Syndicated and Leveraged Finance team as a Vice President, where she was responsible for originating, structuring and syndicating the leveraged debt structures for private equity transactions mainly in Japan. Prior to that, Ms. Kondo was a credit analyst at Citibank mainly in charge of steel, non-ferrous, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Ms. Kondo holds a BA in economics from Keio University.
