Lubna Qunash is an Associate focused on buyout opportunities in the Middle East and North Africa. She is based in Dubai.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Qunash was a Manager at the Dubai Investment Group ("DIG") in Dubai, UAE, where she focused on evaluating investment opportunities, due diligence and transaction execution in the financial institutions sector. DIG is one of the global investment arms of the government of Dubai and is involved in direct investments across a range of industries. Ms. Qunash began her career at Atlas Investment Group in Jordan as an Associate where she analyzed and valued regional companies.
Ms. Qunash holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Jordan and an M.B.A. and a Masters of International Trade and Investment Policy from George Washington University. Ms. Qunash is a Fulbright Scholar and a CFA Charterholder.
