Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Poon spent close to ten years at Olympus Capital, an Asia-based private equity fund, where he was most recently a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Poon was a management consultant with Bain & Company based in Hong Kong.
Mr. Poon received his M.S. in operations research from University of California, Berkeley and his B.S. in computer science from Cornell University.
