Richard Chang is a Principal with Global Infrastructure Buyout, focusing on infrastructure investments in the water, waste-water and transportation sectors. Mr. Chang is based in New York.
Since joining Carlyle in 2007, Mr. Chang has been actively involved with Carlyle’s investment in current portfolio companies ITS Technologies & Logistics, LLC, Illinois Central School Bus, LLC, and Qube Logistics.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Chang was with Lazard in London, National Australia Bank in Australia, and National Asset Management, the National Australia Bank’s asset management subsidiary.
Mr. Chang received his undergraduate degree in economics from Monash University in Australia, a masters in economic history from Oxford University, a masters in economics from Cambridge University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr. Chang is on the Board of Directors of ITS Technologies & Logistics, LLC and Illinois Central School Bus, LLC.
