Nahoko Yusa is a Senior Associate focused on real estate opportunities in Japan. She is based in Tokyo.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Yusa was with Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ), which was established by the Japanese government with the aim of revitalizing Japanese distressed companies and implement business revitalization models to the market. At IRCJ, Ms. Yusa led the execution and the turnaround of the troubled "Ryokan" (the Japanese traditional style hotel) transaction. Prior to that, Ms. Yusa worked at KPMG Business Advisory and Bayerische Landesbank for 6 years.
Ms. Yusa received her B.A. from International Christian University in Tokyo.
