Parker Hayden is a Vice President focused on U.S. buyout opportunities in the consumer and retail industries. He is based in New York.
Prior to attending business school, Mr. Hayden was an Associate at Carlyle where he focused on U.S. buyout opportunities in the aerospace, defense, and technology industries. Previously, Mr. Hayden was as an Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division where he focused on transactions in the technology industry. During business school, Mr. Hayden was a Summer Research Analyst with SAC Capital Management.
Mr. Hayden earned his M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in business administration.
