Previously, Mr. Hayden was as an Analyst with Morgan Stanley where he primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions in the technology industry. During business school, Mr. Hayden was a Summer Research Analyst with SAC Capital Management.
Mr. Hayden earned his M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in business administration.
