Jeffrey S. Chambers is an Associate with the U.S. Growth Capital and the U.S. Equity Opportunity funds, focusing on a broad range of small and middle market equity transactions. Mr. Chambers is based in Washington, DC.
Since joining Carlyle in 2010, Mr. Chambers has been actively involved with Carlyle’s investment in current portfolio companies Actelis Networks, Inc., Air2Web, Inc., Catapult Learning LLC, and Observint Technologies. Mr. Chambers was also a member of the transaction team that exited Carlyle’s investment in Command Information, Inc. in February 2011, when it was acquired by Salient Federal Solutions, Inc.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Chambers was an Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Credit Suisse in New York.
Mr. Chambers received a B.S., in business management with an emphasis in finance, from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Chambers is an observer on the Board of Directors of Actelis Networks, Inc.
