Zhongcheng Liu is the Chief Representative, Western China of Asia Growth Capital Partners. He is based in Chengdu.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Liu was a Vice President & Chief Representative, Western China at CSV Capital Partners, where he was primarily responsible for CSV's investment activities in Western China. Prior to that, Mr. Liu worked as a senior executive at Sichuan BRC Group and Sichuan Honyee Group, two major local real estate developers, where his main responsibilities included M&A, IPOs, private equity financing and securities investment management.
Mr. Liu received his M.B.A. from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and a bachelor's degree in telecommunication engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology. He holds the Securities Practitioners Qualification Certificate of China. He is also a CFA charter holder.
