Zade Zalatimo is a Managing Director responsible for investor relations. He is based in Dubai.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Zalatimo was a partner with Investcorp responsible for placement and relationship management with institutional clients in the Gulf region. Mr. Zalatimo was also CEO of Investcorp’s Saudi Arabia licensed business unit. Prior to that Mr. Zalatimo was a Director with UBS in London responsible for relationship management for family offices. From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Zalatimo was an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Lehman Brothers and was based in both New York and London. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Zalatimo was a Consultant at Arthur Andersen’s Riyadh office for three years. Mr. Zalatimo started his career at General Dynamics in Detroit.
Mr. Zalatimo graduated with honors from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and has an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
