He received an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelors degree in Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
Mr. Gusmao was an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) from 2007-2010 and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
