Leonard Tsomik is a Managing Director responsible for investor relations, focusing on the former Soviet Union, Central-Eastern Europe and Israel. He is based in London.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Tsomik was with JP Morgan in London and Uralsib Financial Corporation in Moscow. Prior to that, Mr. Tsomik spent ten years in M&A, Corporate Finance and Private Equity working in New York and Moscow.
Mr. Tsomik received his M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University and his undergraduate degree with honors (cum laude) in foreign service from Georgetown University. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Tsomik held Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. He has been registered with the UK Financial Services Authority since 2005, currently for the CF30 controlled function.
