Since joining Carlyle in 2008, Mr. Guler has been actively involved with Carlyle’s investment in current portfolio company Medical Park.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Guler was with MKM Longboat in London and Lazard in London and New York.

Mr. Guler received an M.B.A. with distinction from INSEAD and a B.S. magna cum laude with distinction in electrical engineering and economics from Yale University.

Mr. Guler is an observer on the Board of Directors of Medical Park.
