Bottle Rock Power, LLC's principal asset is a 55-megawatt geothermal power station in the Geysers in Lake County, California. The Bottle Rock facility was originally constructed and operated by the California Department of Water Resources, was closed in 1990 and subsequently sold to several investors in 2001 who formed Bottle Rock.

Companhia Nacional de Açúcar e Álcool ("CNAA") is a joint venture with Santa Elisa and Global Foods, formed to build and operate four high-efficiency greenfield sugar and ethanol production facilities with a planned capacity of 20 million tons of crushed cane per year. The facilities will be located in the Center-South Region of Brazil in the states of Minas Gerais and Goias.

Coastal Carolina Clean Power LLC focuses on renewable generation projects, with a special emphasis on converted coal to biomass facilities. Currently, CCCP's portfolio consists of one 32 megawatt former coal, wood-fired power generation facility located near Kenansville, North Carolina.

Collingwood Ethanol, L.P. was established in July 2006 with the objective of acquiring an existing corn wet milling starch production facility in Ontario, Canada and retrofitting it into an ethanol production facility.

Ensus was established in March 2007 with the objective of constructing Europe's largest bio-refinery complex, which will produce both bioethanol and high protein animal feed and be located on the Wilton International Site at Teesside in the U.K.

Green Earth Fuels, LLC has been established to build biodiesel facilities and produce high-grade biodiesel. Two identical facilities, each producing 43 million gallons of biodiesel per year, will initially be built in Houston and New Orleans.
